Smart Living Okay, here’s the situation. If I wanna come back to Lawrence and live here once again, I will need to find an apartment, a loft, or a condo to fit my next local Lawrence style. Here’s some of the choices that I’ve came up with on my list: (Screenshots included) Now to start things off a bit, here’s my top ten places of where to live in Lawrence. CAUTION: For your safety and not telling anyone yet, this will take more than a little while to do it. So proceed carefully. #10: Hawks Pointe What I like the best about Hawks Pointe is the balcony and the view up here. What’s best about it also is that inside these apartments there’s bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms. Oh, and I almost forgot, there’s a laundry room in here too. I’m not sure if there’s one in here though. Coincidence? Nope. #9: The Frontier West Lawrence If you’re into this apartment complex, then you’re in the right place for this one. This complex is gorgeous for its wonderful balconies to relax and look at th

And now, it's time to discuss some future local ideas for the people of Lawrence Kansas to share. This is IdeaSpark. On today’s idea spark, we’ll be talking about something different. Here’s something that I've willing to talk to the students at the Kansas Union. I was talking to the folks at KU last year about an idea for the next public television station, and one of the administrators think that it's a great idea to put on a public television station in KU. The title of the public television station is named "Lawrence Public Television (a.k.a. KLTV)". This is what the logo will look like. This public television station will show PBS programs of any kind, interstitials, promos of what's to come, and others. Plus before the show starts, the local funding spots will appears with sponsors that support children's programming for every morning and afternoon, and shows for evenings and weeknights. That's PBS kids programming for mornings and afternoons,

October At Its Best

October At Its Best Well folks, it’s still autumn in Lawrence, the leaves in the trees are orange and red, and it’s that time of year again…Halloween. Oh man, you can't imagine how much fun I've had when I lived in Lawrence. And I gotta tell you guys, it was the best time I've had. Here's some stories that I wanna share with you in today's blog. I remember the time in downtown Lawrence there was a huge zombie walk that started from the Lawrence Community Building to roaming the streets downtown. I really enjoyed it a lot and filming the whole scene there and seeing Sellout perform songs on stage. If you haven't noticed just yet, I made videos about it and put it on YouTube years ago. One was with my puppet Buzzy on Halloween, and one with a fake movie trailer I made called 'Wake of the Dead'. In case you remember, here's the links. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rtNYJRkgXXU&t=7s Buzzy's Halloween Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tcUTI
