Condos!

 

You're probably wondering, "Do you know where you can find a condo?" Well to explain, I would like to tell you the whole backstory about it.

When I was on vacation visiting there and riding my bike around Lawrence, I was looking around for some condos somewhere all over town. In fact, I've been checking out those condos around the town of Lawrence Kansas and been touring any of them. For me, I'm been thinking of a condo that fits perfect here in downtown Lawrence or somewhere close to it. So to get the real scoop about it, here's my top six condo list.

#6: 255 N Michigan St #13-83, Lawrence, KS 66044 (Also, Wood Creek Townhomes)

I would really like to live there because it's really this close to my favorite places here in downtown Lawrence. If I could find a place to really hang all my posters up, it would be my room...

and one on the front porch.

Just like that.

So that way I could spend some time on my own, now that's I'm always independent. I can put my music up to set the mood in the kitchen, in my bedroom whenever I'm sleeping, or in the living room, play video games and watch TV, create more videos in my own studio room with a blue or green screen all set up inside, etc. That would be really fun, won't it.

According to this, there's 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath townhouse with unfinished basement. New interior paint.  HOA covers exterior maintenance, lawn care, snow removal, building insurance.

Caution, this basement needs to be cleaned up though.

If I'm looking for a place to enjoy myself and hang out at the porch and whatnot, you've got it. It's the place I'm looking into.

Also, Wood Creek is the place located in 255 N Michigan St.  If I were to live there, I would choose the one on the bottom so that I can dance, fool around and have fun there. I wonder if there’s a pool there… This is where the place is this close to Eric & Jill’s home. So whenever I get there, I can visit them anytime.

#5: Hawks Pointe

The complex located at 1421 W 7th Street. In this complex, there’s not just bedrooms and bathrooms. It also has a swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas. If I were to live there, I’d have a really great time there. This place is also part of the Jayhawk KU community. It’s an apartment complex but sometimes it can count as a condo complex too.

#4: Hanover Place

Hanover Place Apartments is located just off of Massachusetts Street in Lawrence, KS. We are walking distance to the University of Kansas campus and Downtown Lawrence. It lets you choose from several unique floor plans. Studio, one or two bedroom apartments or two bedroom townhomes with garage! Water and trash are a low monthly fee. On-site laundry and 24-hour emergency maintenance service are just some of the amenities featured. This is a fun place to live and pet friendly too.

If I would choose this one though, I would go to the one on the top so that I can see the view in front of the patio

Hanover Place is an apartment community located in Douglas County and the 66044 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Lawrence attendance zone.

#3: 913 Michigan St or 904 Emery Rd

If I were to live there, I would choose the one on the bottom so that I can dance, fool around and have fun there. I wonder if there’s a pool there… 

When I plan on finding a place to live in Lawrence, I wanna take the time to find one like this one on Michigan St., or on Emery Rd.

#2: The Frontier West Lawrence

If I could choose that place to live, I could find the right place to live in here. And I can also get to visit my dad’s friend Nancy. That would be really cool to do. We’d talk about all kinds of things that we enjoyed before, and maybe I can take her someplace all around downtown, and I can even have the chance to come over to her place for dinner. It’s a possibility on that one. I’ll have to ask Nancy if we can do that.

#1: 1501 W 25th Ct.

And you thought you wanted to live in a movie. Not! I’m just playing with you guys. But I can tell you that it’s the one on Naismith Drive. And if I were to live there, I would probably close to downtown Lawrence.

Now before I move on, let me just say something about these places. These are the choices of the places I wanna find to live here in Lawrence Kansas. So keep this blog going, I wanna take the time to reveal my next choice for a condo. For me first off, I choose a condo somewhere in downtown Lawrence where there’s a pool somewhere. But secondly, I choose a condo either in Sunrise Place, in Mass St., or maybe one in Michigan St. When the time comes, I’ll be back in Lawrence with my next condo. Cause I’ve been thinking of one in downtown Lawrence. So I’m gonna keep working on these until I have new condo ready here in Lawrence, cause I’m gonna be looking to coming back to my hometown. I’ll never forget the time I hung out with Stephanie at her apartment in 510 Colorado St. We both had a really great time there sleeping over. It was also the time I watched some TV and listened to Music Choice on her digital cable box. Thanks, Steph! That was so nice of you.

Okay, now that this one's out of the way, let's continue on with a list of things I need for my next condo when I live in downtown Lawrence.

Here's a list of things I would like for my next condo:

1. High Speed Internet

2. A new couch

3. A brand new mattress with memory foam (I'm thinking Tempur-Pedic)

4. Some more room for my living room, bedroom, bathroom, and for my next video studio room.

5. A new microwave

6. More places to put up my posters.

7. Find a garage.

Etc.

Okay, pretty soon until the time comes, I’ll be coming back to Lawrence Kansas once again and continue my life there. And when my parents would like me to visit them in Bluffton SC, I can do that anytime. And if my parents would wanna visit me in Lawrence KS, they can let me know by phone or via FaceTime.

Now I for one am still not sure when just yet but my dad and I will keep on talking about when the time comes.
